Is door-to-door the same as DDP?
No. Door-to-door describes the physical route — pickup through delivery. DDP is an Incoterm that also assigns duty, tax, and importer-of-record responsibility to the seller. A door-to-door shipment can be DDP (we settle duty and tax) or DAP (you file your own entry). See our DDP shipping service for the landed-cost model.
How long does door-to-door shipping from China to the USA take?
Air door-to-door is typically 5–9 days; sea door-to-door is roughly 20–28 days to the West Coast and 35–45 days to the East Coast, including pickup, customs, and delivery.
Can you deliver to a residential address, a DC, or Amazon FBA?
Yes to all three. The delivery address and its receiving capability (dock, tail-lift, appointment) are confirmed in the plan so the right vehicle is booked.
