Can you consolidate multiple suppliers?
Yes. Each inbound delivery is recorded against the consolidation plan before the combined shipment is released.
Do you support marketplace prep?
Yes. Labelling and packing can be scoped against the receiving requirements provided by the marketplace or 3PL.
Can I receive photos when the cargo reaches the warehouse?
Warehouse receiving can include photographs, carton count, visible-condition notes, labels, and measured dimensions when agreed in the service scope. Specify the evidence you need before pickup, especially for high-value, fragile, consolidated, or marketplace cargo. A basic receiving check is not the same as a product-quality inspection.
Can damaged or unsuitable export cartons be repacked?
Often, after the issue is documented and the replacement packing is agreed. The right fix depends on the product, mode, handling risk, labels, and destination requirements. Repacking can change dimensions and chargeable weight, so the forwarder should update the packing record and quotation before release.
