Can all lithium batteries ship by air?
No. Acceptance depends on chemistry, watt-hour rating, state of charge, packaging, labels, and the carrier's current policy. We review the actual shipment profile rather than giving a blanket yes.
Can you ship batteries packed with equipment?
Often, yes. The packing relationship, quantity per package, and device details determine the declaration and carrier path. Include photos or a packing diagram if the product is new.
Do you arrange Germany customs clearance?
We coordinate the EU-side broker handoff, import documents, and delivery appointment. The importer of record and duty structure must be confirmed before the shipment is booked.
What if one SKU has incomplete documents?
We flag it before pickup and can quote a split shipment or hold that SKU while the document set is completed. That is usually cheaper than a rejected handoff.
